I found the 24/7 boat service very convenient. Captain Rung was especially helpful. He provided excellent service at the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and cute. The hotel itself is beautiful and well cared for.
Fitting a phone in each room would also be helpful.

The boat service was really good. i contacted them, and the boat arrived quickly every time. the restaurant features very good thai food, it felt authentic. staff was very friendly. They provided excellent service. the location ON the river provides a peaceful experience, especially with the beautiful gardens.

I stayed here for four nights and found the location quite peaceful. The hotel's boat service made accessing the city easy. It ran efficiently! The staff offered Really good service. They helped with luggage and provided clear instructions. the grounds are immaculately maintained, relaxing environment.
The hot water in my bathroom was intermittent, inconvenient when trying to shower after a long day.
